[Resolved] Micromax — Abnormal delay in servicing | |||
It is to submit that I had given my mobile micromax EG111 for servicing on 02nd November, 2015 in authorised service centre in Ara, Bihar. However till date it is not came to service centre as told by the staff of service centre while enquired the status. and it was told by customer care people that it may take further 15 days to reach your mobile to service centre. I am enclosing the job sheet for your kind reference. It is therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful so that I can get my mobile at the earliest.
