Micromax — About the service | |||||
I've submitted my micromax canvas express2 (model nu E313) at 18 december in Kanpur. It has touch problem. Service center gave me 15-20 days. After the days i've contact service center and costumer care many time (near about to 50-60 times) but there is a no solution about my phone. Service center told me the service is pending. Parts is not available and costumer care always says, 'wait only 20 days'. I always ask talk to your Senior. They told my Senior is contact you in 24hours. But no one senior contact me. And finally i am saying, there is a no solution in Micromax. i've not another phone to use. please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
