My Name is Siddharth Shah from Mumbai, using MICROMAX CANVAS A350 KNIGHT(Black & Gold).

I am your customer since 04th November 2014.
I am NOT AT ALL HAPPY with the after sales services of MICROMAX, the services and the RESOLUTIONS ARE PATHETIC and takes TOO LONG PERIOD.
Following are the details of my phone since I bought it :
1) Brought on 04th Nov 2014 from Snapdeal.
The phone was in good condition, but within 6 months it started running too slow, phone got over heated.
2) On 15th May 2015, Phone was submitted to M/S AASTHA ENTERPRISES, which is MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER at shanti shopping centre, MIRA ROAD (east). MUMBAI. Phone was submitted due to OVER HEATING, phone use to HANG and RESTART, run TOO SLOW.
I was promised that my phone will be repaired and returned within 1 month.

3) on 10th June 2015, my phone was returned to me, but with the SAME CONDITION. There wasn't any change or improvement in my phone. The same problems occurred and continued from the very next day.
4) Hence, on 11th i visited, and on 17th June 2015, I again submitted my phone notified the same problems.
NOW AGAIN I AM BEING INFORMED, THAT I WILL GET MY PHONE REPAIRED IN 30 DAYS MORE.

Hence, as mentioned above, i am very disappointed and irated by the pathetic experience and after services.
Its been almost 2 months i am without a phone and its inconvenient and irritating, MICROMAX should focus not only on sales but also on after sales services.
