[Resolved] Micromax — After sales service not up to benchmark | |||
HI Micromax, This is not a complaint, this is just in regards to inform you that you should improve your after sales service responsibilities towards your consumers. Now, come to the business. I had approached your authorised service centre Ms Optical Solutions at Barasat Road, Barrackpore as my handset was having some audio problem with loudspeaker and charging point was not working properly. I had handover my handset to them on 08.10.2014 but after more than a weak I have got no calls from their services cell side. Today I called them and got to know that they have procured the required parts those need to be replaced but still not received. Now just imagine for replacing a small mobile parts Micromax taking 10 days or more than that time, Requesting you to please let me know when can I used my handset which is lying in your authorised service centre. Please find details of your work.
