I had registered my complain on 5 july against the company.I have outgoing audio problem in my Canvas Doodle 3 set.In this regard company has contacted me and offerd to change my phone or cash back because my phone is in gurantee period but after this they have not made any contact with me.
So please look in to my mtter.

Updated by Ambuj 786 Firstly i went to the nearest customer care center but they did not resolved my problem.After registering complain on this site they contacted me but did not give so much attention.
The company offered to change the handset or cash back.But now many days passed they have not contacted with me.
