Micromax — Asking for charges even warranty is remaining...for replacing keys | |||
Dear Team, Today I had visited Micromax Service Centre at Thane which is nearest from my home, following is the service centre details Vashi Services, Shop No 8, Ground Floor, Bal Ganpati Trust Compound, Edulji Road, Charai-Thane West, Thane - 400601. I had reported my issue i.e My Micromax A117 having soft keys issue, they registered my complaint and told me that they will call me in the evening I said okay. After 2-3 hour later I got call from Service centre and they told me that my phone having touch screen issue and need to be replace and It will be charge by Rs, 2500/- but there is no any touch screen issue and its working very fine and the only issue is home button and back button not working. So how they asking for money. So request you please take some serious action against the service centre & micromax company. And also note that one thing, It is happening not only with me almost all people who came there for servicing there mobile phones. Was this information helpful? | |||
