Hello... this is mithilesh kumar from chandigarh. I have submitted my micromax canvas 4 to service centre at sector -35a chandigarh for repair they have kept my phone for more than 50 days and given me without extended warranty... there is a rule that if the handset is kept for more than 30 days in the service centre the warranty must be extended for the kept period. Also when i checked my phone. The Phone headjack was not working properly so i submitted my phone again to service centre om 23 December 2015 and till date they saying wait for 10-15 days more on completion of their given time everytime when i ask for the same.today on 9 jan 2016 i called to micromax customer care at [protected] and asked about my phone repair status. Mr. Mukesh attended my call said that u have to wait for another 15 days. also when i asked that u have kept my phone for more than 2 months and should give either new one or return my money .. he said ...' aap bolte jaaye main sun raha hun ... so ridiculously. His way of talking to me was very ridicule... and was not giving me any correct answer... ... I have waited so lOng for my phone to get repair but stil they are saying u Have to wait more and talking so ridiculously to me... is this the way of talking to a customer.? Right now i need my phone back .. i am attaching the latest job card they have given me as the previous one was taken by them during first repair.

I owe Micromax A350. There is not amy problem till my warrenty. But after out date of warrenty phone started doing mamy things automatically. I gave to service center many times but they solve the issue and after few days again same issue. Last time my phone hang at the micromax logo. I gave it to them and they broke back glass of the phone. They said its a normal problem. We cant do anything. Everytime they broke something from the phone and they said they arent responsibale for that.

Sir, I have purchased Micromax mobile from Flipkart.com on 23 Jan 2015 and few days ago I have observed multiple cracks on back panel near the screws while replacing the SIM. I made contact on micromax toll free but they didn't respond satisfactory reply, so I am mentally harassed and surprised to see the mobile is start cracking. So I am request to take up the matter and resolve the matter soon either by replacing or repairing my mobile to a better condition. Thanking you. M k singh

Hi, I am a big time user n a hard core fan of micromax cellphone, using the brand mobiles since last 5 years ... till date i had used 11 different handset of different brands out of which 8 were micromax mobile. Just because i trust the brand and i am more comfortable using it now as compare to other mobiles. But last time when i bought a brand new micromax AQ5001 ( IMEI /ESN No - [protected] /[protected]. on 12th Nov 2015...

I purchased a micromax canvas pace4g with qualcomm snapdragon, and 8 GB ram as written on the box...bt inside it was not there i got cortex A-& and 4 GB ROM...micromax is a fraud company... i will never ever believe on it from now...

I unfortunately purchased model Q391 as a Diwali gift for my son. Within 15 days there was a patch in the display. The shop I purchased it from directed me to borivali west service centre. First time I went there at 4:45pm and was told to come other day as they were full. I went back on 2nd December 2015 and spent two hours to get a feedback that I should leave the handset there and expect it back only after twenty working days on account of..I quote "spare parts are not available and it will take time to get them". I was told that I will get a call from the centre. I did not get any call. The centre number printed on the receipt is always unreachable. I went to the centre this week and was told that parts have arrived and that I will get my phone in a week. Today I got a call from centre informing me that the parts did not work and that they are waiting for new parts..hence I should expect to get my phone after fifteen more working days...TIRED??? I KNOW LONG MESSAGE. IMAGINE MY FRUSTRATION.LOOOOOOONG WAIT.

Sir, i have purchase a model code SERMOB0655 on 06.01.2016 costing Rs. 6600/- from very beginning the set was defective as some internal data was operating itself and the amount was automatically deducted. on complain to the shopkeeper he just restore the set and again handed over but the problem still remain the same. on contact ur service center they rectify that problem but new problem was created the set speaker not working. On again reported the problem to the service center they kept the set and told that the set will be repaired within 10 to 15 days. now already 15 days have passed nothing has been heard on contacting to ur service center they told that the set was sent to company for repairing and will be back within a month. Sir already a month have passed but the set is still between service center and the company. Keeping in view the above facts u r requested to please arrange the new set at the earliest so that the amount spent can be utilized or arrange to refund the amount. the MWP is 5209.

Micromax service is the worst service provider ever i had counter off.

This service center call handling girls and boys at counter are worst in handling and dealing with customer.

Without my concern they had repaired my out-of-warranty handset and argued with me that by your approval we had done so.

And many more things are there to share but i hope its of no use.

Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I bought a Micromax Canvas 2 Colours A120(grey) mobile on 03/01/2015 from Straight Link Shop, Hill Cart Road, Siliguri-734001, west bengal, India. Now my mobile went repair on 02/11/2015 at M/S APEX SOLUTIONS, Jalpai more, beside uco bank Siliguri-734004. Its been 2 months and 5 days the service center is not returning my phone.Whenever I call to Service Center([protected]) they always says wait 15 days more to repair.In this circumstances, please help me so that I can get back my mobile phone as soon as possible. Hi, My name is Dibakar saha. Last Month (25/Nov/2015) I have ordered my New phone Xpress 2(E313) and got in time... I was very happy to get the product in time. But after a one month little use it sucks... I Noticed a huge problem. Ghost touch/auto swiping notification. I dont understand why every Micromax phone available with 100% faulty parts and must have a problem with any produc. so, while we are decided to buy a product, that time we should not believe Micromax at all. I know MICROMAX is now a big company. but what is the result...??? If you cant make good product, better stop it right now!!! My phone is now in service centre at Visakhapatnam. I dont know how long it will take to replace touch screen???? pls! help me and help all.

I was buyinth a micromax phone through online on 19th july 2015. After few days the said mobile was not working. 5th november i go to my nearest service center smart solution and the technician told that it is a software problem, wait outside. After half an hour the technician came back and give me the phone and also told that after charging the mobile will work. I returned back and charging the phone after 12 hrs the battery showing 2% charge....

Hi Team, On November 23, 2015 I visited to the M/S ABACUS SYSTEMS (S.C.O.-824, NAC, MANIMAJRA, ABOVE INDIAN BANK, CHANDIGARH-160101, Contact [protected]) to get my Handset checked MICROMAX CANVAS NITRO A310 (Blue) as I had been facing multiple problem in my handset since I purchased this from Market. After checking my handset by ABACUS SYSTEMS technical person, He told me that there was some problem in the mother board of my handset since I purchased this handset & he was saying that he was even wondering that how can I taking work from this handset as it was a manufacturing defect in the handset so In order to get my handset repaired properly he asked me that I had to hand over the same to their service centre & my handset will be get repaired in Max of 15-20 days. I agreed on his suggestion that he created the worksheet/job sheet & mention all the problems which I have been facing in my handset. He told me that they cannot repair my handset by their own & they need to send it to the technical expert team in Micromax. Below are the service job sheet details Jobsheet Date 23/11/2015 Jobsheet No. NO[protected] IMEI/ESN No. [protected]/[protected] Mobile Model Code: SERMOB0507, Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 (Blue) After 20 days I tried to make contact with service centre ABACUS SYSTEMS over phone but even after continuous trying to get connected with them, my calls went unanswered. After one month of lodging my complaint I again contacted with them & after attempting many calls, a person from ABACUS SYSTEMS picked my call & told that my handset will take 15 days more to get it repaired. After 15 days of GAP, I first tried to contact them, again they did not picked my call & on the very next day I tried to call them from different number then person who picked my call asked me to put a SMS with the job sheet no but he did not revert on my SMS. Then on December 22, 2015 I contacted customer care on [protected], representative told me that my cell phone is reflecting under repair status & will be repaired in next 15 days Max. I again contacted customer care today Decmeber 28, 2015 then representative Megha told me that my phone is under repair status & will be repaired shortly. On 40 days after created Job Sheet for the repair, I still not received my Handset & I first told to service centre team then told to customer service representative that try to understand the importance level of my request. You are under a legal obligation to carry out the work on my Handset with reasonable skill and care, using parts of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, as laid down by the Consumer Rights Act & Supply of Goods & Services Act. The above delay in services indicates that you failed to do so, and I am therefore legally entitled to receive compensation from you for breach of contract. I look forward to receive my handset in proper working condition else entitle a New Handset as a compensation. Should you fail to compensate me, I shall have no other alternative but to issue a claim against (Vineet Taneja, Sumeet Arora, Vikas Jain, Rahul Sharma, Rajesh Agarwal) in the Consumer Court for recovery of the handset & harassment I have been gone through without further reference to you. I have handed over the mobile set on customer care center m/s aanand gift and mobile center jhokan bagh jhansi on dt 10/12/2015.Till date he has not given satisfactory reply .

I purchased micromax colors 2 back in april 2015. The phone was good but except its internal storage. But past 2 Months I am facing the problem that the mobile touch automatically typing/ selecting things. The warranty period has not completed. Kindly help me.
