Safe Mode Issue :
I am having this issue since 21st October 2020, twice your people have come and replaced the internal board of TV but the problem is still there...now for last 10 days not even a single person visited my house...the only thing they are doing is that they call almost everyday and inform me that in next 24-48 hours someone will contact you...and they right, someone always contacts but only on phone...nobody is visiting and nobody is caring to resolve this issue.

It was GRAVE MISTAKE to buy Micromax Smart TV.

    Today is more then a month I have sent a email regarding my concern and was awaiting for positive response from so called company micromax but I have understood that neither company nor seller is interested to work or help the consumer.

    This is very ashamed to know the kind of response and revert getting.

    This is to bring in your notice that I bought a new micromax TV from the bhoomi electronic and furniture store located at Dahisar east.

    I bought this tv on 9th February 2019, as per that tv is under warranty period.

    But unfortunately now tv is not working the screen went off during it was running.

    For which I raised the complain to the customer care and your representative Mr Ezaz shaikh came to my place for checking after all investigation he said that some part called PVC need to replace which he get it done in 2 to 3 days as he get that part. And I paid Rs. 580/- for his service charge or visit charges.

    But one morning he called me and said that tv is not registered under warranty... this statement made me discourage and sad.

    So I asked him what needs to be done now, he said I need to speak to the shop dealer which I did now it's 12 days past still I haven't got any response or solutions for it.

    I have spoken to Mr. Yogesh Vyas and Mr. Hardas but it's very disapointing the kind of response I am getting from them.

    Instead of helping me they started introgating and questioning all nonsense questions like who had installed the tv and all...

    Is this my job to know all this ...

    I would appreciate your intervention and get the solutions as early as possible.

    Trust me this very annoying and worsted to express such kind of thought and experience which is ultimately affecting on your brand name.

    Note - I have attached the soft copy of the purchased bill and the visit charges bill copy too which has all the details which is required.

    Would be waiting for genuine solutions and support to solve this.

      Since 7 months I am waiting my replacement TV which I have purchased on March 2020. But after 1month not functioning as usel. So nothing more I need my service my hardwork money and dedication money.
      For middle class it is very hard to earn 40 thousand which i have paid for this fraud company. Micromax 50" smart tv

            Dear team,
            My name is ashish sharma and I got a micromax led tv as a gift by Mr. Vishal diwakar.
            Led tv was purchased on 20-February-2020 from 'Kumar Electronics' barra. But with in 6 month I found some voice problem in my led so I tried to change the audio cable but it didn't work so I complaint on online micromax consumer helpline. They contacted me and asked me to send technician to resolve the complaint.
            After the day technician came but he was not properly trend and said that there is no fault in my led. When I pressurised him to check then he said to change audio cable but was not trying to diagnose properly.
            He used his pendrive and play the video but the problem was same.
            So he opened the led panel and said the speaker are damaged and it will be changed within a week under warranty.
            After 2 days he came back with 2 speakers which was not in packing and changed it with my led's speaker.
            But after that the complaint was same and when I complaint back then there is no proper reply from exutive.

            Its very cheap service by company Please do something.

              The micromax selfie 2 mobile starts hanging just after buying 7months. And sensors not working. I have tried to reach the customer care. But no response has given. And the local micromax store guys are talking rude and arrogant way.
              I am not expecting this from a so called indian company.

                Hello team.

                Despite of writing e-mail, calling on the call center and doing the things that we can, you people are not responding to us and we totally feel cheated by your company.

                Why to give warranty if you can't provide the service? It's almost 3 months now and now action has been taken yet.

                Your guy visited our place and checked the tv and said it will be either repaired or replaced and took 800rs from us. After that we contacted your customer care numerous times asking about the update on the tv issue. Each and every employee said you need to wait 15 days, again we contacted after 15 days and still you guys are telling the same thing. This is going on and on. He have been in contact with some of your employees and they first gave us fake hopes for tv replacement and many delay, these guys tell us that our tv model is not available with them.

                They took nearly more than one and a half month to say that the tv is not in stock.

                After that, they say us that you will need to pay more 27k rs to us and we will give you 55inch tv.

                5-6k is atleast understood, but they are asking for 27k, which is totally not acceptable.

                This is not a customers fault or lookout if there is no stock with you.

                Atleast repair the tv or give us the same model or other 50inch tv.

                This is the worst and most pathetic customer service we ever had in life.

                All your employees are untrained, they dont even know how to speak to customers. And all employees say that you need to talk to higher department and then just keep forwarding numbers.

                Your employees vaibhav, dilip and specially jitendra jha.

                We got the number of jitendra from dilip, saying that jitendra is head of the zone and takes decision. We called him more than 20 times he just disconnected the call. Even no reply on whatsapp.
                Is this how your head of department work? By ignoring and talking rudely?

                Please either replace the tv, repair the tv or refund the money

                  I faced a problem of blurred display on my micromax 49 inch led tv which is under warranty within 6 months of purchase. I logged a complaint in Hyderabad customer service and after one month they responded saying that they stopped the 49 inch led tv model and asked us to pay 20k for 55 inch led tv model in exchange. As the product is under warranty, It is the sole responsibility of the company to handle the issues for the products. If they are deciding to discontinue, they have to replace/repair on their own. Instead of asking us to pay extra to increase sales of other product.

                            Yesterday evening also I went to Mb. Shop of Retailor at Saidapet. He said the Distributor informed him
                            Mobile Replacement Process will be over before end of this week. Retailor did not give me any CONCRETE REPLY. I am afraid, how
                            many more weeks/months this problem is going to continue.

                            There is not even a SINGLE PHONE CALL from the Distributor so far, giving me any assurance and or confirmation
                            about date of Replacement of Mobile.

                              Purchased micromax q 409 two years back, after validity time the mobile network ic failured. Is the guarantee for network ic is only one year or replaceable. This mobile purchased through amazon online.
