x280 modle is very poor battery backup .but when i purchased this mobile set the give stand by backup is 8hour.they told that any problem came we can replace it.now what can i do...

I have purchased MICROMAX X250 on Dt.[protected] after 18 days it becomes dead automatically then I go to service center they told me the problem occure due to virus and charged 100Rs. after 1 day the same problem will occure i do not insert memory card after reparing but problem is occure what can i do sir.

You will have to contact Airtel customer service to get your GPRS settings

Please call and ask for your GPRS settings! They will send it to your phone right away (as per service provider handset micromax Q3 not support GPRS But mob company show all GPRS Related fungsion available this handset)

after net connect the internet connectivity broken after some time than unplug usb data card .
and again connect internet, this process continuse....

I Had Purchased Micro max Q3 Mobile Phone On Dtd- 23 sep 2009. And On Dtd 28 October My Cellphone Had A Problem Of Automatic Switch off & Switch on. So I Gave that phone to micromax authorised service centre name RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LIMITED at Vikharoli (W) Mumbai- 79.

After several efforts for accessing internet on my Micromax Q3 phone is not possible atall."unknown host" message is coming when I wanted to open any site. From the begining I unable to access it.

I bought a micromax mobile x310 within 2 months it started giving problems, i have approached twice the service center and there are not able to give a resolution, i have mailed no of tomes to micromax and did not get any reply, they have cheated me. by not replacing the new one. neither the call center is giving any reply nor the service center, now my phone is still with the servie center....
