DEAR ALL,
I HAVE PURCHASED MICROMAX Q3
BUT NIMBUZZ AND E BOOK FUNCTION IS NOT WORKING
AS WELL AS PROCESSING SPEED OF THIS MOBILE IS VERY SLOW

THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM COMPANY / SERVICE CENTER SIDE

i have purchased Q3 before 5 months still nimbuzz, opera mini nad msn is not working.i have istalled java games but still is not opening in cell.
company is not responding properly.

my micromax q3 is not supporting nimbuzz, msn and email, am using bsnl west sim.opera mini is superb.

I too have a micromax q3, and E-book reader is not working. I looked up in the instruction manual, the E-book section is not listed there.
Am I doing something wrong like using a in-compatible format? or is it a model fault?

Also nimbus isnt working, Although Opera mini is working fine.

Tried several times to operate both pre-installed software several times however getting negative response. Micromax — Nimbuzz Not Working

Hello Customer,

i m very much disappointed with the services of MICROMAX MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I am using Vodafone connection. Its Always show “Checking your connection” is displayed every time when i started nimbuzz on my mobile. I bought Micromax Q3 set on Aug, 2010, during the period, I faced this problems. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.

WORST BATTERY PERFORMANCE

your service centre has changed parts of my mobile and my mobile software from a76 toa74.and your mobiles are very bad as compare to samsung as they do not give proper service and i request buyers to do not buy micromax mobiles.

    x280 modle is very poor battery backup .but when i purchased this mobile set the give stand by backup is 8hour.they told that any problem came we can replace it.now what can i do

    Respected Sir,
    I have sent my mobile handset ( Micromax-280) to your serice station at Bhunter at Kullu (HP) in the month of Aug-2009 for repair, but the same has not been repaired till date. I have Contacted all your concerned employee for same, but all in vain.It is requsted kindly either repair the said phone or replace my handset at the earliest please. It is to mentioned that I have purchased the same in the month June-2009. I have contacted your Gurgaoun office, but all in vain. The service facility of your company is very poor, as nothing has been happend till. I have spent money more than the cost of handset. The last option remain is consumer court. So kindly look into the matter please at the earliest please.

    i have bought micromax x280 mobile in vasavi at chennai. That mobile was very very low battery back up and adapter battery also not connect correctly. mobile heated at that time of adapter charger connected. so pls avoid that mobile

          Sir / Madam,
          I by name Aruna Sukeerthi.g purchased a Micromax x225 mobile on 26th of september 2009. it is a dual sim handset. As the service provider said that it does not have the GPRS compatibility i have retured to the authorised service cenre named' Nikhila Enterprises'. They sent the mobile handset along with the battery, as its backup is about only 15hours, to the company. I have got back my handset with batttery after a month. I have noticed that my mobile IMEI numbers [protected] and [protected] have been changed to [protected] and [protected] respectively. I asked the person at service center regarding, he said that there will be a change of phone board hence so. but after 1st december i came to know that this mobile have invalid IMEI numbers according to government rules. I already informed the same to the company through its web portal. but I did not get any information of helping me out. I request you to take action regarding. I need a phone to be replaced with valid IMEI number.

            Dear micro max,
            I have purchesed a micromax mobile X250 in Muzaffarpur used only for 20 days approximately and i come to know that battery back is poorest 15 hour standby and 30 min of talk duration. Battery back up is very very very bad performance than what Dealers said. Once fully charged not able to talk even 30 minutes. Also its woofer is irrating it will cause ear problem. Then i went to service center they kept my mobile for almost 25 days and i went several time and asked for my mobile. Then they finally given a mobile which was not mine with broken screen glass and with different IMEI No. When i told regarding the same they just given stupid answer. I got irritated regarding this. what i have to do. I extremely requesting you please give the solution for this what ever from your side.

                You will have to contact Airtel customer service to get your GPRS settings

                Please call and ask for your GPRS settings! They will send it to your phone right away (as per service provider handset micromax Q3 not support GPRS But mob company show all GPRS Related fungsion available this handset)

                    I Had Purchased Micro max Q3 Mobile Phone On Dtd- 23 sep 2009. And On Dtd 28 October My Cellphone Had A Problem Of Automatic Switch off & Switch on. So I Gave that phone to micromax authorised service centre name RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LIMITED at Vikharoli (W) Mumbai- 79.
                    they told me "Your Phone have mother board problem so we change motherboard within 1 week aftr taht you cantake your mobile"
                    but till date they couldnt give me my phone Even tehy are not answering about that and now they are not picking phone .

                    Micromax Q3 — phone switches off

                    I bought my phone in may 2010 and just in 3 months now it doesnt work, its charged but as soon as you switch it on it freezes or decides to go off on you within 2 minutes.

                    very very bad experience will never buy micromax again
                    I have the worst experience with micromax. They have the worst service center... they dont have any infrustucture to give proper services. They just arrabge some local guys and people to support behalf of them.

                        and i moved to service centre ,to ask for a new display!!
                        but the company is not makin display avalible to me!
                        my phone is of no use,i asked to submit a p.o to company through service centre but no response from service centre(videotron ,jail road,indore,m.p)and from micromax company too.
                        i am ready to pay for the display but they are still responsless.
                        just a ,if parts are not avalible y they make phones.

                          I ( Brajesh Bhandari ) purchased Micromax Q3 having serial no: [protected]-[protected] from your dealer M/s Tecno, 18/1,Double Storey, Prem Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi-58 vide bill no. 1111 on 28-07-09 with One Year Warranty for Rs.4350/-

                          Complaint : Suddenly No Screen Display

                          We went to the dealer (M/s Tecno, 18/1,Double Storey, Prem Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi-58 ) on 23-08-09 but they just referred to us to service centre "Move n Talk" also TATA INDICOM showroom.

                          When we approached "Move n Talk", Jail road,-->They also referred us to Palam Service Center with ph no[protected], & no response from this number.

                          We are not getting any service either from your dealer (M/s Tecno) Or Service Center and felt like we have been cheated. While selling Mobile Phone dealer mentioned about goodies about company. MNC & fast in customer satisfaction with promt customer services

                          But our experience is different.
                          On 22-10-09 I personally visited RT Outsourcing Services Ltd, they gave report after checking the hand set that "Its LCD is broken" _You have to contact company directly...

                          I tried several times on Company's gurgaon office[protected]/2--> There is no response..
                          Tried their authorized service center : Mobile Master, Micro technology,: Every dealer is abusing company like anything..
                          After no response from any where, we request you to kindly look into the matter & resolve at the earliest.

                              jisme suruaat se hi problem aa rahi thi par bad me to uski battery back up kam ho gaya, uska display blinking kar raha or call received nahi ho raha tha jiski shikayat maine LB 6 mansaraovar complex me ki jiska job sheed no 4840 /12/01/2010 ko ki lekin ek hafte tak set waha rahne ke bad bhi us me koi kam nahi kiya gaya or kaha gaya ki software nahi hai, ukse bad maine micromax ko email kiya jiske reply me manoj ji ka mail aaya or unhone mujhe 27/01/2010 tak set sahi karwane ko kaha or kaha ki agar nahi hoga to main aapko naya set dilwaunga main 27/01/2010 ko bhopal mansarovar service centre me gaya waha par wahi hua jo main aaap logon ko likh chuka hu .
                              uske bad meri manish ji se bat huye jo sales me hai unhone mujhe service incharge ka no diya [protected] jis par koi responce nahi mila ye phone uthate hi nahi hai bat bhi nahi karte, or bad me manish ji bhi phone nahi uthate or manoj ji no jo no diya tah us par bhi bat nahi hoti
                              or service centre wale bhi sahi se bat nahi karte .
                              mian ab set ko repair nahi karvaunga main ab set ko replace karna chahta hoo,

                              Micromax — POOR QUALITY OF MICROMAX MOBILE MODEL C2I

                              Dear Sir,

                              Myself SATISH from Bangalore wish to inform that :
                              1.I have purchased a hand set model C2i on 22nd Jan 2010 and from last one month my phone is dead - within 2 months from the date of purchase.

                              This phone was submitted to Micromax authorised service centre
                              M.S.N. Communications, Banashankari, Bangalore on 15th April 2010 for service and got the acknowledgement and from last 15th days I am unable to get a proper response from this service centre. When I call them to get update about the repair of my mobile phone they either disconnect the call or they will tell they call me back when the mobile is ready. After so many calls now they are telling that this set has been sent to head office and spares are not available at HO and they do not know when they will get back this mobile from H.O

                              I never expect micromax will have this type of customer service.

                              I paid Rs. 2400.00 for this mobile and not used the same for even three months and there is no value for our money.

                              I advise all not to buy this set as I heard lot of complaints about micromax mobile
                              I purchased Mobile Set MICROMAX C-21 MEID-A100000B6DE7EB vide receipt No.34 dt.29.03.2010 from DEEP ENTERPRISES, BAHRAICH. This set has become faulty.
                              I have given this set on 22.6.2010 for rectification of fault to K MOBILE SERVICES, FFD-12, SOMDUT PLAZA, KANPUR. FAULT COULD NOT BE RECTIFIED, AGAIN I HAVE GIVEN THIS SET ON 2.7.2010 TO K MOBILE SEERVICE, KANPUR vide their Job-card No.3368 dt.2.7.2010, but on Job-card they mentioned "O/W"fraudilently.

                              Please get above mobile set replaced for which we shall be highly thankful.

                              I am Mathi from Chennai, I would like to share my most horrible experience with Micromax, I bought 2 Micromax mobiles Q2+ model, within 1 month it became faulty, it kept switching off and finally got dead when I approached the service center it was over crowded like a ration shop with Customers having similar problems, the service was very very poor, after a long wait from morning 10.00 am to evening 5.00 pm, they checked my mobile and asked Rs.1300/- per mobile for servicing the mobile as they said both the mobile had board problem, I got irritated and throwed my brand new mobile and walked away. Dont even buy Micromax as they are cheaper in price and no quality. Its a waste of money, time and mental harrassment.

                              You can see all the Micromax Service Centers over crowded, reason being their very very poor quality and service. Please for gods sake, dont buy MICROMAX Mobiles...

                              I purchased Psych-X505 On 07/03/2011.I used it for a week and then I had a sudden network issue.It Stated no network.After some days it stated Insert Sim 1 or Insert Sim 2.

                              I purchased this phone from Bhoomi Mobile Shopee, Pimpri Camp, Pune - 411017

                              I went to the dealer and explained him the issue.He suggested me to visit the nearest Micromax Mobile Service Centre. I did the same. The individual working at the Service Centre said this is a normal problem for the model and it would require two months to be sorted out.Leave your phone but "I dont promise it would work in future".That's the statement the individual at the service centre based near B.R.Ambedkar Putla, Pimpri, Pune had to say.

                              I was paranoid and not happy with the service as whole family uses Micromax.I never faced an issue with you guys.Giving a one year warranty and if the piece is dam new not a single scratch nor any other issues apart from the network .

                              Please help me and sort out the issue and please provide a new x505 or atleast have a decency to repair it.I don't think there would be a resolution to my poblem.At the moment I am using it as a I-Pod.I am a disc jockey and I spin at 5 lounges on weekends in Pune and work as a Business Development Manager on weekdays.When any one asks hey dude whats dat? I have to say Micromax has provided me a New I-Pod for Rs.3500/-

                              I orderd mocromax gc222 cdma gsm mobile through tradurs.com on 11/10/2013. My sub order ID was[protected]. When I received the mobile, its key pad was defective and not working . I made a complaint to tradus.com but to all in vain. they asked me to make a complaint in micromax cusomer care. I want my hand set to be replaced by new one. kindly look into my problem and make the replacement of the faulty hand set aat the earliest.

                                  Airtel has not yet launched 3G service in India. For that matter no GSM operator except BSNL/MTNL has launched the service as the spectrum sale/auction is not yet done. Only CDMA operators have 3G service. (Tata, Reliance). You will get GPRS speeds or EDGE speeds if EDGE network is available. It was good to buy a 3G data card as you can use the same card when 3G service is launched.
                                  In Ranchi, Jharkhand Airtel Edge works fine with Micromax 300G. Download Speed is faster always goes over 10KB/s.
                                  the downloading speed of airtel micromax is horrible in jharkhand. even browsing is not up to the mark. even it goes to 0.. its good only at 4 to 7 at night...i insist to prefer reliance in ranchi(jharkhand) rather than airtel..
                                  . its mobile net is good but smthing i wrong with modem net...
