I had purchased a television in the month of October of 2019, however it has stopped working since 12th of May for which I raised a complaint (Ref No. is MHH[protected]) with your call centre on the 13th of May 2020. The person at the call centre did inform me that due to the lockdown and limited technicians it would take time for the problem to be resolved, I had agreed to the situation and continued waiting for the technician. I have recd 2 calls from the technician and both askd me for travel money. WHY?. I explained that it is under warranty and that customer services has confirmed no charges... No one has visited me till date... 2 mths have passed.

Dear team i have purchased a micromax canvas3 television 40 inches since 3 months i have been following up with regards to software update just complaints are being taken and no resolution given and i had a terrible experience with micromax customer service. Being an indian i have purchased micromax but there is no proper service. Iam expecting resolution on this

Mobile phone being used to receive and sent mails and other purpose except direct talk to my relatives and official work which is the purpose to purchase the mobile phone.

Understand the present situation, that micromax (Indian part) is selling second hand / rejected quality as quality no:1 in the market.

I have a micromax led 32" smart android canvas series tv. The remote controller of this tv is not working for past 6 months and it is unable to operate the tv. The remote is not available in nearby shops and even in micromax service center. So please provide me with the apt remote controller.

Sir, respected mam, we want a phone under 20000 thousand. With snapdragon processor 712 or 720g. With best camera and 5000mah battery. With full hd display. Now a day, china is doing bad with us. And we don't want ato buy a chinese phone. We want an indian phone with best features. Like chinese phone. It is correct time to work on. Because now indians are bad with chinese companies. If you launch a primium features smart phones under this rate. We will definitely buy your phones, unless an indian phone. We also want a phone giving fight to chinese phones. Is this the service being provided to micromax customers. We have raised request several times but we are not getting any update from the support center as well as from the person to whom it is assigned. Have tried calling them many times and they are not visiting even after saying that they will come. Can i please get an update. Your technician has spoiled our lcd tv and now no one is coming to fix it.

I booked touch and display combo for micromax c1 mobile through service center with job sheet number

But i cant trace the status of transport and also by the service center. So please intimate the status of transport. If it is not possible to transportand initiate the refund of amount through service center at gulbarga (Rudra computers). I hope you will do the needful.

Led screen off

I bought micromax 40 inches t. V on 14 april 2019 and on 8 april 2020 my t. V screen is not working. I tried to complain but the customer service did not pick up the call. And they responded to my mail on 3 june 2020. And their engineer charged money for the visit even my product was in the warranty period. I again try to reach out to the customer care but no one is responding to my mail and call.
The service engineer asking for money every time whenever i call to their official number and keep on saying that lodge the complaint to customer care then only he will visit.

Sir i am using micromax canvas infinity pro, it is still working on android 7.1. I didn't get any update till now. Please provide software update. And app center application also not working.

Can i know what is the status of my complaint?

This is almost more than two months from now, and still my tv is not repaired/replaced. One service "m/s sri sai phone care center" center charged inr 700 and never turned-up.

Now, the other authorized service center guy (Mob: [protected] or [protected]) took my tv on 20th, march 2020 and still no update on the same. Now, they say the parts are not available and repair is not possible.

This tv is less than 2.5 years old and now your dealers are saying parts not available. What is the purpose of spending this much amount and buying a micromax product when there is no parts/services available. This is really frustrating and i want to know how my tv can be repaired/replaced.

I did factory reset to my micromax q350. I am not sure, before resetting which version of android was running. Now when i reboot the device, after language and sim options, it asks me to select a wifi. But it is stuck in "checking connection... This can take a while", even when the same wifi is working with other devices. The select wifi and checking connection pages can't be skipped as the skip button is grayed out. Now, what to do?

This earphone is not working properly. Left end side speeker not sounded.

I bought my device micromax canvas p480 an four years ago. Till my device not recieve any software update. But really all others are saying that their devices are getting software updates. But my phone doesn't receive any software update. So i requested to micromax service to send me update to my micromax device, please. I also requested to send me as fast as possible.

I am very bed feeling after purchasing micromax led to for my home. I purchased in 2017 in dec month with 3 year warranty and after that lots of time my tv created problem. Now again my tv is not working properly this is very good plan by micromax that sold a defected piece to client with provide 3 year warranty and after 1 year collect a charge of rs 600 on every complain, in last 1.5 year i got this charge 3 time that means i paid 1800 rs for no reason now again i will paid 600 rs more against my new complain. Which means total 2400 given by me to micromax for name of service change. Which means in 3 year warranty client locked a complain for tv more than 10 time with means 6000 re taken of name of service charge. It means 60 %of actual tv cost. But question is why this type of behavior?? I paid money and you given 3 year warranty so you have e to solve my problem. Now i have taken a legal action against you for this. And you have to replace my tv because you given me defected tv. Track all my info from my registered number.
Now after so many problems my lcd has been replaced in sept 2019 but now after 6 month again i am facing problem with my tv. Now kindly suggest me what legal action is suitable for this condition.

I purchased a macbook pro tab for rs 10000. It didn't support internet.
So i shown it to the nearby service center.
He was a big fraud. He purposefully blaming the fault on the seller of the shop.
What nonsense what can the shop owner do.
Such a cheap mentality people this company service center are.
I scolded him nicely.
He told we can't service your problem and sent away.

I have purchase a mobile on26/10/19 when I use phone and then inserted memory card it was not working then contact service centerthen I went to repairs it will be replaced but they are s charging of rs550my
as mobile is under warranty i want repairment of this or replace my mobile with a new one .I visited service center in February so many times but they are not taking responsibility of broken memory card slot
So i want you to look into this matter as soon as possible other wise i will go to the consumer court because i am very fed up of all this
