Micromax — Bad Display touch and frequent hanging issue

This is to inform you that I, Anit Sethi is the user of Micromax Canvas A120 from last 7-8 months. I bought the phone from the Hathras city (Uttar Pradesh) in the month of September 2014. But immediately after buying. i faced many problems related to touch screen and hanging of the applications and phone. I got the phone repaired from the micromax service center two times in the spam of 6 months. But again i am facing the same problem. I am literally fed up of this phone. I would request you to refund my money or replace the phone with the new one. I will not send the phone again to the repair center. I would be happy i[censored] will refund my money or just replace it with the new one.
