[Resolved] Micromax — bad product and delay in service delivery | |||
Hi sir, i had recently bought a micromax canvas nitro..the product was found to be faulty after one and half week..the problem was that the proximity sensor was not working properly...so gave it to micromax service centre at jayanagar 6th block in bangalore..initially they said it will take a week to replace the sensor..then after that they said it has gone for higher repairs and may take 20 working days..now after that they are still delaying the delivery of the serviced product..I gave them the product on 12/11/2014 my job sheet number is S[protected]..so any suggestions??
