Micromax — Bad response from company

28 aug 2015 .i got replace my yureka phone.after replacing i was so distrubed wid new replaced phone.i cant recieve any call.when i call yureka service center .regularly they give another option for settings.i had never face dis problem during any phone.all time my phone is not rechable..daily i mail to micromax.company said this is due to network problem.but i cant send my sms.no recieve no sending.i m totally fed up from micromax response.MR SUSHANT AND MR AMIT give solution but this is ever never worked.
