Micromax — bad service from micromax service center

I was summited my phone to Micromax service center at 30 January 2015. Now the date is 3 April 2015 . And my job sheet number is N[protected]. please understand my problems.they are don't take any action against my problems . I was submitted my complain timely to micromax service center. Customer executives told me when I call that your phone will get back after ten days. So please take action against Micromax survice center.
