Micromax — BAD SERVICE...NOT GIVING ANY RESPONSE

There was a problem in my Handset. i submitted my phone in Micromax service center on date 10/sep/2014 and I was asked to wait for a maximum of 15 days. It has been already more than A month and i have not received any positive response from that side. They are saying to wait for another week and they are saying the same for past 2-3 weeks.

I have not receive any positive response from micromax. I have been visiting the micromax care frequently but they are only giving excuses and still saying that I have to wait more. Neither they are giving my handset nor talking correctly.
Kindly help.
