Micromax — Battery replacement issue within warranty

My Tab was giving battery issue and it was within 3 months from purchase given to Authorised service centre M/S CSD INCEPTION bearing Jobsheet number E[protected] dated 20/06/2015, technician estimated 15 days for battery replacement but now 1 month over called repeatedly and they are saying battery still not received . It is becoming a irritation and unlimited waiting for battery.
