Sir,
I submit my phone to the authorised service centre in trivandrum for repair Submit date 09/09/2015 ( warranty )..service centre name is M/S CONNEXION, PATTOM, TRIVANDRUM-695004.Till today(16/12/2015) I have no information about my Phone from Micromax centre...What can i do?

I have not yet receive my phone, I talked to the service center they always replies like recorded voice "next week, next week, next week". Already seven months gone, they didn't take this matter seriously. what i can do further? please take necessary actions immediately.

Please find the attached scanned copy of Job sheet. I gave my mobile for servicing at your trivandrum authorised service centre on 09/09/15 . Now it is eleven months so far i didnt get it repaired. Many times I approch the centre personally and through telephone. But they says difference excuses each time. Also two three times I called micromax customer care toll free number. they told me that as per their records the Mobile is ready at trivandrum service centre. Even today too i tried trivandrum customer care and they said as usual next week it will be ready.
So i request your goodself to kindly to do the needful to get my phone repaired at the earlist.
