Micromax Canvas A102 — Pathetic services still phone is not working properly

HI, Got my new doodle in Nov 14, just after 2 weeks it went dead, submitted my phone to lajpat nagar-Delhi service center. 1) they took 2 months to get the phone rectified & that is with so my hassles. 2) Finally got my phone again now 2.1) It doesn't display the caller credentials. 2.2) Whenever gets off takes 1hours to get started. 2.3) the Charger makes sounds while charging the phone. 2.4) today since morning it is off & not getting started. At customer care they kept on chanting that the phone will be replaced with new one but ultimately they gave me the rectified one. My request to you is kindy help in getting the justice in this regard.
