My name is Amit Kumar Pandey, I have Micromax canvas 2 A110 since 2 years. This phone is ultimate, thanku for the lovely phone. From last few days there is some software problem in this same phone and i m not abke to use the phone. I tried to call customer care approx 100 time but every time you charge me for the call and after 10 second call automatically got disconnected and i was really pissed of that time because i want to fix my phone as soon as possible. If that time i have money then surly i go for the new phone (other brand) but due to some reason i do not have the enough fund to buy new phone. And now i will never suggest any one to go for the Micromax. In your service centers they keep the phone for 10 to 12 days for the simple software update so i did not allowed to do that. So i have to take my phone to the local mobile shop and they charge me 500 rs for the software issue. Sir this is an really serious issue and i need a meaning full reply on this e-mail otherwise i will take this issue to the consumer court.
