[Resolved] Micromax Canvas A177 — Bad Product, Poor Service | |||
I bought a micromax canvas juice A177 model about a month back, it was working perfectly for 10days after which there was a problem in the display. After taking it to the service centre they told that the LCD display was faulty and would replace it within 15 DAYS AT THE MOST at free of cost since it is within guarantee period. Unfortunately even after 25days it was still not repaired. Customer service of micromax is not only poor and slow, these service centers simply harass people. Now when I am telling them that I need my phone urgently they are planning to give a different handset of some other customer perhaps and probably might have damaged my set to such an extent that it cannot be repaired within 10 more days.
