Micromax Canvas A300 — Delay /not providing services | |||
I purchased Micromax A300 on Jan-2015.After usage of 4Months I faced problem of Flickering. I have reached to service center at Malleswaram Bangalore (SRI SAI TELE COMMUNICATION) on 3-July-2015. they have taken my mobile for servicing & given 30days service period. After 30days I reached to collect my Mobile but service center replied still not yet serviced they required another 10days for service. After 10days he have been called 3-4times for service center no reply for them. I went to service center directly to enquire of my Mobile .Still they need time for service I reached service center all time in my Office hours (which effective for My Work). Since from 2 months I do not have mobile to usage. Service center not provide any Backup mobile for usage. I have borrowed mobile for usage from my Friend. Now he asking to return back. No I don’t any mobile to usage. So I mentally depressed from this. So kindly help to get my mobile serviced or new Mobile replacement Was this information helpful? | |||

How days required to resolve the Issue. Yesterday Customer care had called to me & spoken regrading the issue. He had not given the Emailed to reply against the compliant. pls look into the issue & Solve get back my mobile as soon as possible.
