This complaint is regarding the non-responding behavior of the company regarding my query which i had posted on the company's query portal approximately one month back. The query was made by me on 24th July, 2015 regarding the repairing of the mobile (model 300 of the Micro Max Company). The company gave me the time limit of one month in order to return the mobile after getting it repaired. I had filed the query when more than a month was passed but no reply was received by me from the side of the company. Later on 24th September, 2015 the company gave me the substitute mobile (model A 350), but i returned back the same to them, saying that I want my own mobile model back. The company took back the mobile and again gave me the time limit of a period of ten days. When I went to inquire about it after ten days, i.e. on 5th September, 2015 still no reply has been received from the side of the company. Was this information helpful? |
