Micromax Canvas A311 — Problem not solved yet

I have visited the service centre of micromax at sri ram tower in lucknow twice but my phone problem is still not solved by them. The first time I went he told the he has changed the software of my cellphone I returned with my phone and found that it worked good only for few hours and again started giving the error I.e "unfortunately the process android. Systemui.com has stopped working." I went another day and then that person casually in front of me hard reset my phone with using a computer whereas it's recommended for them to use computer and flash stock rom he misguided me that he has solved the problem but after two days and have again found the same problem coming in the device. My nitro a311 Is now just 1month old. And I'm really become fed of this please help.
