This complaint is about the service center who took my phone for about a month ago as wifi is not functioning and after a month they provided me a used a phone by stating that this phone is exchange of my phone which was a brand new. I bought that only a month ago from the day when i gave that phone to service center. So, kindly look into the issue because i haven't accepted the phone which was given as a exchange on behalf of my phone. I request you to provide me a refund or my phone which i have given on same condition. i am attaching the job sheet of service center for reference.
