Micromax Canvas Gold A300 — Service is too much very very bad & bad experience micromax mobile service

have given my canvas gold A300 model for repairing to micromax service center on 2 September 2015 . But now it has been 2 & Half months and they are not telling anything about the mobile properly and only ignoring since 2 months .They are only giving dates to us but not giving the mobile . I am surely doubtful that they had damaged my mobile instead of repairing so they are just ignoring and not returning the mobile. I request u to please take some action or give the replacement of my mobile handset...will get your mobile after 25 days. But at now Going two month My mobile is not ready. But as i heard
