Sir/Mam,
There was a problem in detecting sim card in my mobile phone Canvas Gold A300, so I have given the phone which is under warrent for service on 07/2015 at chennai.
The job sheet number is S[protected].
It is going to be one and half months since i have given. But when i give the mobile for service, they promissed me that within 15 days they will clear the problem.
When I contacted them after 15 days they said it is under process. If you want you can check with the head and they gave the customer care number.
I called the customer care after 5 days and asked for the mobile status. They replied it is under process, it will take another 15 days. I said the service is very poor and already you are taken enough time and again asking for more days.
I again called after 15 days and asked for the status, they replied the same. I was so tensed and registered a complaint in the customer care itself.
I called again today I mean after 15 days, the reply is the same.
It should not be appreciated so I am here for a help and I hope you do.
Please help me out. I will be waiting to hear you back.
