I am Akhilesh Yadav from Mumbai. I purchased micromax canvas gold A300 on 3 Sep 2014 for Rs 20, 000.00 ( Twenty Thousands only )
As you are aware that there is 2 different type of sim slot 1 is mini and other one is normal
By mistake i inserted mini sim in normal sim slot that got stuck in that slot, so i visited M/S TAMANA INFOTECH in andheri (E) just to make that sim out of normal slot.
The expert technician at M/S TAMANA INFOTECH was not even aware of how to open to canvas gold infact after trying for good 30 minute he opened the mobile but with damaged the back panel of my mobile and after asking them how this physical damage happened they were not giving reply and to my surprise he also told me he too has damaged normal sim slot. Asked me to visit another service centre.
Then, i visited SP- MACRO MOBILE vile parle west. After examine they told me they will replace the damaged sim tray and wll charge Rs 850 for that.
So, kindly explain me why i pay Rs 850 for damaged done by your appointed service centre with no fault of mine.
One more thing for Rs 20, 000.00 i could have gone for number of reputed brand like Samsung, nokia, Motorola, LG. But i though to give a try to Indian brand.
Is that my mistake, going for micromax.
Is there any solution from your side or i carry that impression.
