Micromax Canvas Juice 2 Aq5001 — Very poor mobile production and hectic with customer care and service center. | |||||
I bought the Micromax Canvas Juice 2 AQ5001 on 17/09/2015. Often my mobile screen goes blue and hang for 15 minutes not even able to switch off and it come back to normal after 15 to 20 minutes or else i need to remove the battery and plug again. I went to Micromax Service center Drb Enterprises is located in Shanthi Colony, Chennai, Tamil Nadu for replacement of mobile on 21/09/2015. In service center they checked my mobile for 1 hour and they said no issues found and asked us to take the mobile back. But still i am facing the same problem. I called you customer care [protected] spoken to saurabh Ref No MMX[protected] he was not able to provide any solution for my problem and promised me that some higher managers will call back within 6.30 PM on 21/09/2015. But i didn't receive any call back and more over you representative abused me that my questions are funny and laughed at me. Your SLA for replacement is within 7days of the perchance of the mobile so i have one more day only for replacement. I have been bombarding to service centers and customer care support calls.
