I have purchased micromax canvas juice 2 on 23.03.2015 from Anmol Watches, Sector 22 Chandigarh vide bill No.AW-49781. I started facing the problem of display stop working and mobile also switch off. The on 20.04.2015 I shown my mobile handset to local customer care center AKS Telecom, Sector 20 Chandigarh who informed that the display is fading and the same has to be replaced and it will take 10 days to repair. The complaint No. Is N[protected]. Whenever I try to contact the local customer care they inform that you mobile handset not ready yet and for clarification contact Customer Care No.[protected]. I tried to contact customer care which is paid number and number is all time busy. So I can not get the information about my mobile handset. I also email my complaint to company Micromax [protected]@micromax.com on 2.5.15 and today 9.5.2015 I received regret with the complaint No.MMX[protected]. Now it humbly requested to get my mobile replaced from MICROMAX as it starting troubling with a month and further the so called company unable to repair it in 19 days. Further also inform me whether I can file complaint in consumer court against MICROMAX
