My name is sushil prasad sinha i m from jamshedpur jharkhand today early in the morning on 21/10/2015 i had given a complain for my micromax canvas knight 2 e 471 that its speaker is not working properly so i call up your supporter had register my complain but still no solution had came from your side i have bought this cell on 27/7/2015 my cell emi nuber is [protected] and now it started showing problem so plz help me as soon as possible.Your supporter had told me that call will come from our side they will listen to my problem and one man will come and will take my cell and solve my problem . It is door to door service if i m right because shop celler told me when i had bought this cell. But still no step has been taken from your side to slove my problem plz help me .Or plz replace m cell if it is possible i m facing lots of problem .So plz help me Was this information helpful? |
