HI SIR, i am rushi kanta kamila from west bengal. again i mentioned my micromax canvas knight a350 (b) has touch screen problems. i will submitted at near service center at barackpore. named- M/S Optimal Solutions.kolkata-700122.On-11/08/2015 job sheet no is- E[protected]. but 60 days passed. no positive answer i will found. they just say wait another 10/15 days.i will also mail to micromax support team staff [protected]@micromaxinfo.com. but nothing will happened. this is disgusting for a customer who loved micromax a step ahead. so please sir do it now..i will waiting for my phone. please listen me.
