Micromax — Canvas knight a350 under warranty - given for repairing since 8 weeks

I had given my canvas A350 mobile which was still under warranty to the Pune service centre on 15/09/2015 (Job code - W[protected]). The only fault was that power button was not working. I was assured it would be repaired in 21-28 days maximum. Its been more than 2 months now, I called the service centre multiple times and every time they say the part is not available and i should get it in a few days. I am very frustrated with the service and I want resolution as soon as possible.
