Micromax — canvas nitro a311 network and camera problem

Dear sir I purchased micromax nitro a311 few month ego.. but after 1 month it’s had lots of problem like network problem, camera problem. So I had placed it to micromax service center at bally center ( SOLUTION POINT).they told me that I will get my handset within 15 days. But till now I didn’t had any positive response from them. It had been 2 months and I had still not recived my handset. I am totally dissatisfied with this service. So I want to replacement. Updated by shashwata mandal dear sir I rcvd your msg to collect my handset form service center.bt after confirmed from service center about the recent status about my phone they informed that till now ph is not ready..what kind of service is this..I am very disappointed with your service..I don't wanna use this set...I want to replacement... so pls concern about this.
