In my Micromax canvas spark andriod mobile, When am trying to text something in keyboard, mobile automatically gets switched off. I can't able to chat using normal message, hike watsapp and fb messenger everything.

On 6 may 2015 at 12.00 noon online hot sell.and i received my order 7 may 2015 at 4.00 pm (Old Uddan Bhawan, T1C arrival IGI Airport Palam) by GO JAVAS courier service.
I used my mobile only 4 to 5 hours approx No SIM insert No Memory Card insert .
Just last 9 may 2015 7.00pm evening it suddenly stop working and screen totally switch-off .How it can possible with in 2 days only 48 hours your's HOT SELLING MOBILE stop working.
I am totally disappointed by micromax mobile company .
So.kindly request you to support me and immediate feedback to me .
