[Resolved]  Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 — Micromax care delaying to return mobile

I have submitted my mobile(canvas spark q380) in micromax care due to heating effect in between warrenty period. after 40th day of submission they are not giving confirmation for returning my phone. this is what micromax is oversighting on there customers.my jobsheet no-s[protected].
