We are sorry to inform you that your service center service are very poor and not giving the proper response to the customer. Micro max is reputed Co's but some you respective service center is not provide the better service for customer.
I was purchased the Micromax mobile (Canvas Turbo-A250) for authorized center. After 11 mth. mobile touch is not working properly. I was inform to the authorized shop and he is inform to me your set is sending for service center for repairing and then i was send my mobile set to service center but more then 15-20 days’ time has been passed and after many time follow-up with the concerned shop and service center i was got my mobile without solve the my touch problem. I was again request to the service center (Ajmer Contact No.-[protected]) to resolve the my mobile problem he asked me to he was unable to solve my problem because mobile touch is not available with us. Today again more than 20 days’ time has been passed I was talked with the service center (Ajmer Contact No.-[protected]) and he is refused to solve the my touch problem. Micromax Co's is very big company but most of the customers are not getting proper response.
In this connection we once again request to you please solve the my mobile touch screen problem and oblige me.
