Micromax — Change the earphone within the warranty period | |||
Sir, I have purchased a Micromax(A102/Doodle3) Mobile from Mobile India, kakat Chak, kendrapara on 30.11.2014.The earphone supplied with the mobile became damaged within the warranty period.I contacted the M/S P.N Service, Nayabajar, Bhadrak(Micromax Service center) on 25.05.2015 and they assured me to change the earphone by 26.05.2015 positively but no care was taken and misbehaved me.And returned the earphone with out any service. Prior to this I had contacted the same service center to repair the touch screen of the above mobile which was the within the warranty period but instead of free service they charged Rs.200/- and same was paid by me(Copy Enclosed) Early action in the matter is Requested.
