Micromax — Charging problem with phone..

I am using Micromax e 290 knight purchased a phone from Tanda Dealer o[censored]r company on 5th Jan 2015.now there is a charging problem in it .I submitted my phone on ur service centre and told me about problems in charging jack and after 10 days when they given my phone back without solving my problem and treating roundly. Not satisfied even harassed.
