Micromax — Cheapish behavior by Customer service center in thane Mumbai near Charai, Thane. | |||
Hi Micromax, I had purchase a mobile from micromax(canvas turbo) thought online shop. To resolve some issue into the mobile i went to the service center of Micromax with my online invoce bill. in invoice required info is already present like IMEI number and purching Date. Same IMEI number we can get from mobile also.(in case wheter invoce bill is orignal or not) But the behavior of staff what too cheap and not accepting my mobile as in warranty.i have my bill but he was asking for a sticker on mobile only to validate my IMEI number. but every one know how can we get an IMEI number on Mobile. And Asking for money to resolve this defect. Please tell me what the hell you required a sticker on mobile that was stick on freash pics. Should i required to care all that thigs? should i have to carry that sticker all time? If you dont waht to give me a good service on this type of product to please sell your product like cina mobiles(chale to chand tak nahi to sham tak).
