[Resolved] Micromax — Cheated by Customer Service Center at Rapid Communication, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi | |||
This is to submit a complaint against Micromax Service Centre, Tilak Nagar, Delhi. I bought a new battery for my phone Micromax Canvas HD because phone's old battery got damaged. Since next morning the phone was not getting switched on. I took my phone to service centre on[protected] just to show whether there is any problem with the battery slot. Service centre guys opened all its parts and asked to change the board which I refused and asked them to pack it back.Next day I took the phone to one of my friend`s shop to seek advice. He found the phone was sealed and advised me to take it to Service Center but I allowed him to open it in front of me. But I got shocked by seeing multiple issues with the phone which was working since last one year perfectly. The phone`s screen chip lock was broken, Sim slot's one strip was removed, Microphone was not present and Calling sensor was damaged. I was really not able to understand that how can a sealed phone have these kinds of damages. It was a very disappointing experience for me. I have got my phone repaired from my friends store which caused me Rs.1400. Requesting the consumer forum to help me on the financial loss I have faced due to such unprofessional behaviour by the Service Centre and also requesting Micromax company to seriously look into this matter and find the people in the service centre responsible for such activities which is creating bad impression to a really good and progressing company. I did not leave the phone at service centre for repair but still I got a message from the micromax service centre that my phone is repaired with reference JOBSHEET ID, and to collect the same from service centre.
Now what this means?
These service centre guys are really cheating their customers badly and thus creating a very bad image for a really good company.
MICROMAX TEAM: Please look into my issue on serious basis.
