I would like to bring to your kind notice that the problem in above mentioned set was continuing and on 19th Jan, 2015 I deposited the set to the SSS Communication, Patna vide Job Sheet No. E[protected]. They declared the set dead and told me that the set would be sent to Company and it would take one month minimum to be replaced with new one or rectified. Since November, 2014 the set is with service centre with the above reason and after almost one month I could not get my set. This is great thing of this company that I spent more that Rs. 14000 for the mobile set and I am any how not using for more than thee months.I contacted the customer care executive on various dates, i.e. vide Compl. No. MMX-[protected] dated 14.01.2015 and MMX[protected] dated 16.02.2015 and they assured me that my issue would be dealt quickly.In this situation, I have no optioned but to go consumer forum for my grievance to be addressed properly. Since, my last communication vide email dtd. 15.01.2015 and customer care dtd. 14.01.2015, did nothing concrete outcome to my problem. Kindly look into the matter, please and make arrangement to provide me the mobile either replaced with New One as quickly as possible.
