[Resolved] Micromax — complain regarding service centre executives

Hi I had given my mucromax canvas 2 to the Nirman Vihar service center as it was under warranty.First I was informed it will take One & Half Month.or take it to Karkarduma Service centre.i went karkarduma servece cenre they told me that some part of your mobile is missing and you have to pay for this Rs. 1500.I had a long discussion with the executive that how could a part be missing while micromax warranty seal is affixed on it.i havent open my set any where except Nirman Vihar Service Centre thn I was told that executive of Nirman Vihar Service Cenre may misplace that part while they were checking my phone.now please tell me what is my fault.Please look in to this as soon as possible as my warrenty was going to expire by 10th october 2014.Please strictly instruct your service centre executives to give timely and proper services other wise your goodwill will be bad.When i was at the service center I saw people who are waiting for the phones to be repaired from the last two months.
The service at Micromax Nirman Vihar and Karkarduma is really worst.
