[Resolved] Micromax — Complaining about LED TV | |||||
I registered my complaint about my micromax LED TV Model No 50B6000FHD in the customer care center of the micromax. next day one gentleman was turned up and asked to send some photographs to Shri Ajay Kumar Rathor, who is the owner of micromax west delhi authorised service center. Till date no response from his side has been received despite my repeated requests to him and through micromax customer complaint cell but of no results till date. I request strong action has been taken on micromax company as well as against micromax west delhi service owner Sh Ajay Kumar Rathor, who is so rude person and even least bothered about complaints vikas goel [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
