[Resolved]  Micromax — Complaint about battery Replacement

I purchased a Micromax canvas Q380 on 13-may-2015 from snapdeal. it started giving problems and its battery stopped working. I gave it to the costumer service centre of Micromax on 11-September-2015. Now its more than a month my mobile is still in the service centre. I called the costumer care and they are saying that it will take another 20 days for the replacement of the battery. when I submitted the mobile they said that it will hardly take 10 days and when i asked them about my phone one of the assistant said that I bought a cheap mobile so I should not expect fast service. I am managing with an old phone which don't work properly, from last one month. Please take proper action.
