Micromax — complaint against customercare certre "berhampur, orissa "

i brought a micromax xloli, im:[protected] on 3rd aug 2014 when i used that i found some problem with sim tray . on 5th aug 2014 i went to the customer care centre of berhampur, orissa .. they said it will take maximum 25 days but the issue is not resolved yet and they are just extending time. i request u to take necessary action about this issue . otherwise i will have to go through consumer forum or police station .. regards santosh
