Complaint did not resolved since 8-AUGUST-2014 -Totally disappointed Since August i am waiting to Micro max to help me but they are literally torturing me. They are not bothering to answer my e-mails or even my calls. I have tried each and every number given by them. How many times do i have to plead them for my phone to be replace? I am faceing the issue related customer service . know one is there to provide the status . i was visited five time on center... i have not get the estimate date from service center. company shoud take action on this service center.my job sheet no is-NO[protected]
