I am messaging regarding my handset micromax(A-106) unite 2.IMEI/ESN no. [protected]/[protected] . I bought this phone on 30th october, 2014 .
two months back my phone had a problem with charging slot and touch pad. i gave my phone to the service centre they gave me 10 days time and don't gave stand by phone and resolved my problem but after two months same problem happened with the set.they again resolved the problem but when i came back home it is hanging and not working. I am extremely dis-satisfied with the product and the services. I am an MBA student and working professional without phone it is not possible to work or study.I request you to please replace my handset or resolve my problem else i will file complaint in consumer court.I have all the proofs to prove my wordings
