I purchased Micro max A121 model mobile set on 28/06/14 from Delhi from hard earned savings from my husband's salary . After about two months of its purchase is start creating problems. Although Net connectivity was excellent. In between we transferred to Nagpur. We searched here service centre of Micro max at "M/s Mobile Expert, Shop no. 13. Honey Archna Complex, Untakhana Rd. Medical Sq, Nagpur". On 20 October, 2014 we delivered hand set for repair. The fault mentioned was "5401- Application loss o[censored]ser data" Except this there was no other problem. Next day they returned after doing whatsoever needful. When we used it the earlier problem was although not created again but we observed that Charging was taking 5 to 6 hours. On day the Internet functioning failed. We again approached service centre & delivered the handset. Now the fault was advised as "4206 Cellular access (GSM) bad transmission, 4301 connectivity, no bluetooth connection, 5301 charging/battery no charging"
On 29th October, 2014, when again visited to receive back the set, it was shocking that the service centre owner said that it's motherboard is not functioning & we have to send it to next level which will take about 45 days (minimum) & no guarantee for more then that.
I feel that there is some poor handling of set & fault/default in the set for which I am facing problem with 3-4 month of its purchase. I was having so many options for purchase of mobile set but I preffered to purchased it without willingness of my husband. I only say that immediately arrange to change my set to avoid suit in Consumer court.
