[Resolved]  Micromax — complaint regarding delayed services

dear sir, I have submitted my phone (vide model No.A-94, job sheet No. N[protected] at SR Comm. shop NO. 1179, F/f, St NO. 12, Main road, near hanuman mandir, Govindpuri, New Delhi-19, regarding some sort of problem with the camera of the phone on dated 28.08.2014. And I was assure that i will get it done within 10-15 days, and I had received a message and call from you on dated 26.09.2014 regarding collect the phone from service centre, but I surprised to inform you that when I approached to the service centre they clearly say that they have not received it yet..
