I just want to complaint against Micromax Company. On 8/9/2014, I purchased a dual SIM Micromax unite 2 A106 mobile phone model code(SERMOB0467) from the mobile store. At the beginning I was using only one SIM and the phone was working well but, when I inserted second SIM into it, then it was not showing the second SIM. After that, I visited a Micromax service center in SEC 20D Chandigarh so that they can resolve this problem.After a few days, when I got my mobile phone back from them then, I found a lot of problems like internet problem, switching off after a few minutes and others in it. The dual SIM issue was resolved, but along with that I faced a lot of problems. It is not working properly at all. Now again, I have submitted my phone to them and they are saying that they will return it backafter 20-25 days.Now, I have received my phone from them. It has been 3 days since I received my phone from the service center and again it is showing problem. It is switching off after sometime. I am totally frustrated with their product and service. If I have to submit my phone again to the service center then, when will I use it. So, kindly take a proper action against them. I have emailed them several times, at the beginning they have replied me, but now they are not responding me. Please ask them to provide me a new phone or return my money back. I have already submitted my phone to the service center two times and now I can't submit it for the third time. I hope you will take an appropriate action against them.
